Job Description

Do you thrive on building and coaching an aggressive, driven sales team?  Do you have extensive experience in the field of large format custom digital printing?  Are you someone who is constantly on the hunt for the next big customer?  If so, we want you to join the Olympus Group team!  We are seeking an expert in custom large format digital printing sales to lead our new business development efforts by building and managing a sales team and working side by side with that team in order to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
The Director of Sales & Marketing is an executive, management level position.  Our executives are empowered to use their expertise and intuition to develop their teams and growth plans with support from fellow executives and management.

Background & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in large format digital printing, preferably within the markets that Olympus Group operates
  • Experience developing and managing an outside sales team, including remote sales reps
  • Proven track record of sales growth
  • Experience implementing a CRM or other sales management system a plus
  • Passion for sales, hunger to grow sales and leader that enjoys helping others succeed

Primary Duties

  • Management of outside sales team, including:  setting sales budgets, coaching sales reps to grow their book of business, setting clear expectations for sales team and providing direct feedback and accountability
  • Work with internal HR staff and external recruiters to identify new sales reps in multiple markets nationwide
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that marketing efforts align with sales efforts and strategic objectives
  • Pursue “key” accounts and transition new opportunities to sales team for further development
  • Work with  the executive team on corporate strategy (evaluating potential acquisitions and assist with sales and marketing related facets of acquisitions)
